Terms of Service

Rwandering operates a marketplace that lets travelers discover, book, and pay for experiences offered by independent hosts. We facilitate bookings and payments but are not the provider of the experiences themselves.

Hosts are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, honoring confirmed bookings, providing experiences safely, and complying with applicable local laws and licensing requirements.

Travelers agree to provide accurate booking details, arrive on time, and follow any reasonable rules set by the host for the experience.

Payments are processed through our payment partner. Rwandering charges a platform fee on each booking; hosts receive their payout to the destination on file once a payment is confirmed. Applicable transfer fees may be deducted from the payout.

Cancellations and refunds follow the cancellation policy displayed on each experience at the time of booking.

To the extent permitted by law, Rwandering is not liable for the acts or omissions of hosts or travelers, or for the conduct of an experience. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
