How do I book an experience?
Browse experiences, open the one you like, pick a date and the number of guests, then continue to checkout. You'll need to sign in (or create an account) to complete your booking and payment.
How do I pay, and is it secure?
Payments are handled by our secure payment partner. Once your payment is confirmed, your booking is secured and you'll receive a confirmation email with your booking reference.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Each experience shows its cancellation policy before you book. Refund eligibility follows that policy. You can view your bookings any time from your account.
I want to host experiences. How do I start?
Create a host account from the “Become a Host” option, set up your payout details, and publish your first experience. Once approved, it becomes bookable by travelers.
When and how do hosts get paid?
Hosts are paid to their mobile money or bank account on file once a customer's payment is confirmed. You can track earnings and settlements from your dashboard.
