1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Rwandering, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our policies. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Using the platform
You agree to use Rwandering only for lawful purposes and not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in any unauthorized way. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
3. Bookings and payments
Experiences are offered by independent local hosts. When you book and pay through Rwandering, your agreement for the experience itself is with the host, subject to the listing details and cancellation policy shown at checkout.
4. Content and conduct
You retain ownership of content you submit but grant Rwandering a license to display it in connection with the service. Content that is unlawful, misleading, or infringing may be removed.
5. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
